Pearl’s landscape design creates a seamless connection between the residences, the coastline, and the moments in between. Stone pathways wind through lush planting, guiding movement gently through the site and leading directly to the Bondi to Bronte Coastal Walk. At the lower levels, outdoor showers and quiet entry points offer a welcome return from the sea — whether it’s a morning swim, a midday walk or an afternoon spent by the shore. This is a space that supports the rituals of coastal life — practical, beautiful, and deeply in tune with its setting.
The gardens at Pearl are envisioned by Dangar Barin Smith, one of Australia’s leading landscaping studios, celebrated for their intuitive, expressive approach to place. Here, their vision unfolds in layered native plantings, wind-swept grasses and sculptural forms that mirror the surrounding headland. Granite boulders and textured stone are nestled into the landscape, grounding the architecture with permanence. Pathways curve organically, tracing the topography and inviting gentle movement throughout. More than ornamental, the landscape is immersive.
